Terms of service
All purchases are FINAL. Orders are non-refundable, and changes to orders can not be made after the order is placed.
We will accept returns and/or exchanges on defective merchandise. You will need to contact us within 10 days of the receipt of your item, contact us at info@scrapdivadesigns.com, and include both a description of the defect as well as photographic or video evidence that clearly shows the defect.
Domestic orders will be shipped based on package weight and location.
1) We ship fast. If you choose standard shipping (our most affordable shipping option), your order will typically ship from our facility within 1 to 2 business days. All upgraded shipping options will ship even faster, always within 24 business hours (see below)
2) All upgraded shipping options (everything but standard shipping) ship the same business day (2 pm Eastern Standard Time cutoff typically). This means if you order on Monday at 1:45 pm and select priority, express, or overnight shipping, your order will leave our facility that same day.
International orders will be shipped based on package weight and location. Any additional taxes/duties will be your responsibility.
Please note that International orders are ordered at your own risk. A tracking number and proof that it was shipped will be provided. Can not guarantee delivery and will not refund the package after it has left the USA.
Shipping time frame:
- Please allow 3-5 working shipping days.
- 1-3 weeks for international orders
- ScrapDiva Designs is not responsible for lost/stolen mail or damage to the packaging.
- We will ship packages through USPS and include a tracking number.
